Today we are sharing a VERY simple flourless pancake recipe. This is a great option for getting in that sweet breakfast fix with more nutrition than a standard pancake!

Flourless Pancakes

1 Ripe Banana
2 Whole Eggs

Optional: Pumpkin Spice, Cinnamon or Apple Spice Seasoning

1. Mash banana with a fork (blend for smoother consistency) until fully mashed.
2. Add eggs to banana and mix well with a fork. *If you’re adding spices, add to mixture before cooking.
3. Fry in a well oiled (butter or other cooking oil) until golden brown.

Total Calories (before toppings): about 206

These can be enjoyed with nut butter, fruit, syrup or any other topping of your choice. Just be mindful of the added sugars
